Welcome to The Sticker Fix! Maxwell Profit Consulting, LLC dba The Sticker Fix ("The Sticker Fix," "we," "us," or "our") provides decorative planning kits and accessories to deliver a unique and enjoyable experience, located at www.thestickerfix.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activities or actions under your Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify The Sticker Fix of any unauthorized use of your Account.

3. Services
Subscription Services
The Sticker Fix offers subscription plans that provide recurring deliveries of decorative planner designs ("Subscription Services"). By subscribing to our Subscription Services, you agree to the following terms:
- Billing and Payments: Subscription fees and any applicable taxes will be charged to your provided payment method on a recurring basis, as specified during the subscription process. You authorize The Sticker Fix to charge your payment method for the subscription fees until you cancel your subscription.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. The renewal will be for the same duration as the original subscription term.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Account and following the cancellation procedures. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund for the current period.
- Changes to Subscription Fees: The Sticker Fix reserves the right to change subscription fees upon notice to you. Fee changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice. Your continued use of the Subscription Services after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.

Shipments, Returns, and Exchanges
- Shipments. When you subscribe to The Sticker Fix service, we will send you decorative planner kits at our discretion, typically these are sent weekly, but from time to time may be more or less often. Furthermore, a delivery may include multiple weekly planners and, as such, weekly shipments may be combined into one delivery. Ship dates are determined at our discretion and may vary based on a variety of factors, including without limitation inventory and geography. Delivery dates may vary based on factors affecting your local delivery options, USPS processing, and weather delays, among a variety of factors.
- Returns. Items cannot be returned for a refund.
- Exchanges. Items cannot be exchanged for other items.

Gift Cards
You may purchase The Sticker Fix gift cards through the Services (“Gift Cards”). Gift Cards can be redeemed solely through our Services. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. For balance information, or to replace the remaining value on a damaged card, contact: info@thestickerfix.com. Gift Cards require no maintenance, activation, or other fees. Risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. The Sticker Fix is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, or for use without your or the recipient’s permission. The Sticker Fix reserves the right to close accounts or request alternative forms of payment if a Gift Card is fraudulently obtained or used.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by The Sticker Fix, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:
- Your computer or mobile device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.  
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.  

You must not: 
- Modify copies of any materials from the Services.  
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.  
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Services.  

5. User Content
By submitting content (e.g., comments, photos, or designs) to or through the Services, you grant The Sticker Fix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.  

You represent and warrant that: 
- You own or control all rights to the content you submit.  
- The content does not infringe the rights of any third party.  

6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.  
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks used to make the Services available.  
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided through the Services.  

7. Termination
The Sticker Fix may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.  

8. Disclaimer of Warranties 
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.  

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sticker Fix, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors will not be liable to you or to any other party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damage. In no event shall our liability exceed one U.S. dollar (USD 1.00) in aggregate. In the case that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you, although our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Services. By continuing to access or use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
